Gulfed In Wonders

When I thought I found no wonders
Except those in dreams and fairytale
The I realized my own foolishness
To forgot to gaze at my own sky

Blue sky, filled with clouds
Smile under the sun's radiant glow
A dream I've never thought will come
Lies right above my head

So I looked up to the sky above
Staring to the heaven's floor of blue
So I can open a new page
And let go of those memories
Cause they'll forever remain
In the same sky I'll see

Never realized
I was gulfed in wonders

(An old poem I wrote at junior high at class. Luckily, I saved all of my book-of-randomities. Searching for other good stuffs in here. Expect a triple post tonight)

Ocean Blue

I still believe in flying
The sky keeps calling me
Still dream of gliding
Through hundreds of clouds

A million stars are calling
Hope that I can flap my wings
And hold my dreams
To touch the clear blue sky
Cause I still wish for

Soaring so high, reach the moon, touch the sky
Dream about a world with no more fear, no more fight
Keep holding on, trying and soaring high
Hoping the fears and the tears could go by
Cause I can hear the sky
Still want me to fly

Yes I'll keep on dreaming
That I could stop hiding

To drift with the breeze
And glide to the sky
Cross the ocean
Cause this song I sing
Is more than a dream of

Soaring so high, reach the moon, touch the sky
Dream about a world with no more fear, no more fight
Keep holding on, trying and soaring high
Hoping the fears and the tears could go by
Cause I can hear the sky
Still want me to fly

And hold up my arm
Shining to the shimmering light
To choose where to go
And anywhere you still belong
Cause we're

Soaring so high, reach the moon, touch the sky
Dream about a world with no more fear, no more fight
Keep holding on, trying and soaring high
Hoping the fears and the tears could go by
Cause I can hear the sky
Is calling my name and
I still hear the sky
Still want me to fly
